Mr Paddeleywas a senior specialist practitioner, who enjoyed the technical aspects of his role. He worked in a team which had 3 senior members and 10 more junior staff. When one of the junior practitioners was promoted he took every opportunity to pick at our client. Mr Paddeleyhad a twitch which was exacerbated by stress.
